I’m Marta, founder of Lightbulb Perspective. After 30+ years in international finance, 25 years at Citigroup and a life shaped by marriage, divorce, motherhood, loss, reinvention and starting again, I know how complicated life can feel when everyone thinks you are fine.

Over the years, I became the person people turned to when they needed to talk through something difficult. Not for therapy, but for perspective. They wanted someone who would listen properly, tell them the truth with compassion and help them see what they could not quite see on their own.

That is what I bring to Lightbulb Perspective. Real talk, fresh perspective, total confidentiality and no judgement. I understand what it means to keep going while carrying more than people realise, and I know how powerful it can be to finally say things out loud in a safe space.

I am not here to judge, diagnose or tell you what to do. I offer a confidential space to talk honestly, see things more clearly and find the next step that feels right for you.
