• In person in Surrey, London or Brighton. Whether you want to chat in the comfort of your home, a lovely café or fancy a walk on the beach or in the woods. It’s completely up to you.

• Also available online via your preferred video channel

• We can meet individually or in a small group if you feel sharing and listening to others would be more beneficial to you.
