I created Lightbulb Perspective after 30+ years in international finance, including 25 years at Citigroup. Across boardrooms, teams and private conversations, I was often the person people turned to when they were navigating something difficult. Not for therapy, but for honest perspective when life felt complicated.

I have managed teams across the UK, US, Japan, Greece, Luxembourg and Hungary, and I know how much people can carry while still appearing composed at work. I have also lived through my own chapters of marriage, divorce, motherhood, loss, reinvention, entrepreneurship and starting again. That mix of corporate experience and lived experience is why this work matters so deeply to me.

Today, I help organisations support employees through the moments that can quietly affect wellbeing, engagement and retention. My work sits in the space between EAP and therapy, giving people confidential, human support before silence becomes absence, mental and physical health issues, burnout or resignation. From someone relatable who understands what they are going through.
